We send the goods offered by us to valid postal addresses within Europe. The deliveries are due to the size curb free and insured. By deliveries abroad, extra costs are added in form of taxes and duties which are calculated separately.

Shipping costs within Germany (without islands):

    * Prepayment, PayPal - 59.00 euros incl. VAT
    * By deliveries on German islands a separate costing must be carried out.

Shipping costs beyond Germany:

    * In the EU and non EU countries the product is delivered by DHL.
      The expenses are calculated individually for every delivery.

Pick up from various locations in Germany is free of charge.

You get after each order - from our online shop - an order confirmation to your specified email address. After placing your order, we review the process and you will receive an order confirmation or invoice with our account details to be provided with the transfer and use.Please transfer the total amount within 7 working days to the specified account. Please keep in mind that it may take a week depending on which day and the speed of the respective bank a payment entrance can last 1-5 working days. Your order can be processed only after a payment is received.

After receipt of payment the goods will be orderd and approved by us for delivery to the supplying company. You will receive a email or fax with informations in what period your delivery can be excecuted.

Paying with PayPal: >What is PayPal?

To pay with PayPal, you will need an account with PayPal. After placing your order at our online store, you will automatically be on the web page of Paypal. There you will be asked to log in with your data to confirm the payment. You will get an order confirmation of your order after successful completion of PayPal transaction,

i.e. after you have returned from PayPal in our online shop.
We also charge a processing fee of 2.9% on all PayPal transactions.
